PROBLEM
With over 300,000 square feet of public space, the challenge
of overseeing the selection and installation of finish materials,
fixtures, furniture, roof gardens and landscape materials
exceeded the Project Manager's capabilities.
SOLUTION
Knight Avante served as interior designer, art consultant,
landscape architect and contractor. The Knight Avante team
provided turnkey design, build and install services for finishes,
public art, fixtures, lobby design, public space furniture,
a 500-seat food court, streetscape installation and roof garden
landscaping. This dramatic consolidation saved the owner significant
time, money and frustration.
