PROBLEM
Originally a historic trolley barn, the owner wanted to update
the project with new site amenities while maintaining the
character of its turn-of-the-century architecture.
SOLUTION
Knight Avante designed and fabricated metalwork, site and
interior furnishings to match the existing details. The result
was a seamless integration between old and new.
