PROBLEM
The developer wanted to add an exciting new open-air environment
to this highly successful outlet property. To maximize the
potential revenue, freestanding outdoor kiosks were part of
the design.
SOLUTION
Knight Avante began by looking for potential design challenges.
The biggest problem with building in this Southern Florida
environment is the threat of hurricanes. Knight Avante designed
and fabricated a pre-fab kit of parts with the same characteristics
as a Florida hurricane shelter.
