Knight Avante "Win a week stay at The Canyons Resort plus a $400.00 Travel Voucher with Delta Airlines".

1.  Who can enter: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Canada (excluding Quebec), 18 years of age or older.  Void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulation.  Not eligible are employees and their immediate families including household members of Knight Avante, or their agents.  To be a valid entrant all entrants must register a design project with Knight Avante.

2.  How to Enter.  Drawings will be held yearly in 2005. Promotion ends December 31st at midnight, 2005.

3.  What you win.  Each year we will draw one completed registration. The winner will receive a Delta Airlines travel voucher worth $400 plus a week stay at the Grand Summit Hotel (Studio King)at the
Canyons Resort in Park City, Utah. Standard rules for redemption of Delta Airlines travel vouchers apply.

4.  Timing.  To be eligible to win, entries must be received by 5:00pm on the business day before each yearly drawing.

5.  Miscellaneous:  Incomplete entries are void.  All federal, state, local and provincial taxes and all income and any other taxes, fees and surcharges will be the sole responsibility of the prize winner.  Knight Avante
 reserves the right at their sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Promotion.

6.  Conditions of Entry: By entering, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements, agree to be bound by the decision of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects, and agree that no claim relating to and damages losses or injuries shall be asserted against Sponsor or their agents, affiliates, sale representatives, advertising and promotion agencies.  This sweepstakes is subject to U.S. Federal, state and local laws and regulation. Sponsor or their agents, affiliates, sales representatives and advertising and promotion agencies make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any prize and disclaim any implied warranty and are not in any way responsible or liable for damage, loss or injury resulting from altered, late, lost, incomplete entries, or human, telephone, computer, online or technical malfunctions or failures (including network unavailability and disconnections), or acceptance and use of a prize or travel in connection with such prize.  Sponsor is not liable for misdelivered or nondeliverable prizes due to inability to deliver because of incomplete or inaccurate address information or any complication with the delivery service rendering the package containing the prize nondeliverable.  Proof of transmission and/or mailing of the website form and/or the Business Reply Card does not constitute proof of delivery.  Winner assumes liability for injuries caused or claimed to be cause by participation in the promotion or by the acceptance, possession or use of any prize.  Entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the person whose name appears on the entry form.

7.  Use Of Sweepstakes: Knight Avante reserves the right to pass along the information submitted on the entry form to a Knight Avante sales representative.

8.  Additional Terms: Any and all disputes relating to this promotion or any prize shall be subject to the internal laws of the State of Utah and exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall be in the state or federal courts, located in Park City, UT.

9.  Who won: To determine who won each yearly drawing, call Knight Avante, 435-940-0012, the day after each yearly drawing.
